Call for art by Raveel from private collections in Zulte

We will have to wait until next summer to see Roger Raveel's work again in “his” museum in Machelen-aan-de-Leie, but fortunately, in November 2025, there will be a preview in the painter's birthplace: from 21 November to 7 December, Huis De Leeuw will host a unique Raveel exhibition featuring works from private collections in Zulte.

For this exhibition, the Roger Raveel Museum, in collaboration with the municipality of Zulte, is calling on residents of Zulte who have a work by Raveel at home (paintings, drawings, sculptures or prints) and would like to exhibit it for the occasion, perhaps even for the first time. You can choose whether or not your name will be mentioned in the exhibition. If there is a personal story behind a work, we would love to hear it. A selection will be made based on the submissions.
